Hello,

What is the purpose of this change? Usually the greater part of the functionality that customers change in a Service Desk message is in the CRM message SLFN or SIVA.

If it is any indication, I have supported Service Desk for over a year and a half and I never saw that configuration you mention.

Best regards,

Hi Miguel, thank you very much for your response.

Basically it's for possible changes, such as have diferent numbers ranges , text esquemes.... and not to modify the standard.

Hi Wolfran,

if the CRM message is created first, you can change the ABA message as follows:

Go to your action which creates/updates the ABA message (for example SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO and change the value of parameter NOTIF_TYPE from SLF1 to ZLF1.

Hope this helps,

Hello,

We made all the necessary settings and copied SLF1 to ZLF1. And it works correct, when we send the message from, for example, 300 client (satellite) to 500 client (Solution Manager) within the same system PRD.

But when we send messages from another system SSM to 500 client PRD we get the SLF1 notification instead of ZLF1. Which settings is necessary in addition?

Thank you
