Messages stucked in BPM

Dear All,

I am working on file to IDOC scenario using BPM and form this morning after running a file the message is continuosly in process status.

The scenario was working fine till yesterday and there has been no change.

It is working in Development server as well.

How can I process these "In process" messages in BPM so the IDOCS get posted.

Regards,

Sachi

I have used wait step in my BPM which is of 1 minute.

The messages are getting stuck as it is continuously in waiting state.

In SLWW transaction also I cannot find anything in error

Why is the BPM continuosly in waiting step?

How can I recify this problem?

    Please suggest.

    Regards,

    Sachi

Looks like there is one message which is waiting for some reason and holding the queue. If you are in DEV environment, then you can delete all the existing messages from the queue in SLWW and start afresh.although at some point BPM is going to put error status on all the waiting messages but it will take time ....so better clear it manually.

    Hi,

It is working in Development server as well.

For the same file(test data) you have a working design in DEV and in the later environment it is failing?

Could you please check with the same file in DEV , if its processing fine.

Have you kept the wait step to collect files ? what is the condition for wait in your design?

    Regards,
