Doubt in IS-R:site banner and site switch (franchsie/Corporate)

Hi SAPgurus,

I just want to know how to create site banners and how to create site switch (franchise/corporate)?I am expecting complete and clear answer.I want the configuration and settings for them.Thanks in advance
