Hi Murat,
take really a look at all the logfiles stored in
- \usr\sap\<instance sid>\J02\work\std_server0
- \sapinst_instdir\NW73\INSTALL\NW73\ADA\STD
The errors I got were related to user not created properly and previously on the ABAP instance (Java Install)
or related to swap file to small, or even lack of disk space (I only 64 GB free). Anyhow, the reason is loogged somewhere !!

can we reduse the size of max db during installaion of netweaver?

SAP necessiates using fixed ip for local host. It was found that on exit from networksettings in SUSE ent. linux (V10 & V11) a line is added to the file to change local host ip. This had to be deleted manually afterwards. Thanks here are due to Markus in appreciation of his help(although posted on 15 april this demo installation problem had to wait till today since the team was away on a field application)
