We recently had an issue where for one of the customer(Say customer B)of my client in connecting via AS2. We got the signer certificate mismatch error. I followed a blog and a sap Note, which suggested to change a parameter in sys-config from IAIK to BC. Upon changing it, that issue got fixed. But one of the existing customer(Customer A) went on to error in signature validation. "Signer email address did not match the sender email address". The email address is empty in the certificate. However, it works, when I set the security provider as "IAIK". So now I have a situation where if I set it as IAIK, customer B cannot connect, and if I change it as BC, the existing customer BC cannot work.
Please advise on this. We tried updating the JARs in the JRE/lib/ext folder. I first got the error as nested exception is: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bouncycastle/asn1/ASN1Object and upon the message retry attempt I got org/bouncycastle/mail/smime/SMIMESignedGenerator : cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed
