SAP Fiori - My Inbox for Purchase Orders Error when adding Optional Note

Hi,
I Have installed SAP Fiori My inbox for release Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders, I get the Error when releasing Purchase Orders in My Inbox with Optional Note, but when releasing Purchase Orders without an optional note, there is no problem.

This error only happens when releasing Purchase Orders, I also used these apps for release Purchasing Requisition, there is no issue when using this my Inbox for releasing Purchasing Requisitions.

Any Suggestions?

Can you please provide below mentioned detail

• What does Developer console shows when you approve F12
• What do you see in backend in gateway in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG and ST22 any issues you see?

Thanks for your response,

There is no error captured from /IWFND/ERROR_LOG & ST22,
When checked from F12 is only show error 500 Connection Time Out,
