Realtion between PLOGI SPLIT and table HRINTE30

Former Member

Hi,

I am having an issue regarding table HRINTE30 and PLOGI SPLIT.

As of my knowledge , if PLOGI SPLIT value is maintained as ' X ' in the table T77s0 and description of organisation unit is changed by creating a record , all affected objects( such as persons who are assigned to the corresponding org unit because of creating the new org record) should get enterd in the table HRINTE30 automatically.

But this is not happening.

Are there any other setting that should be done for getting the affected entries into the table HRINTE30?

Please help me.

Hi,

1. Report name is RHINTE30.

2. You should run the report by selecting "Open Personnel Numbers only".

3. After running the report you need to run the generated batch input session via t-code SM35.

Hi

Thanx for the reply.

But my problem is before executing the report RHINTE30 the affected personnel number should get entered in HRINTE30 which is not happening.

How should this be resolved ?

Have you maintained PLOGI PRELU = BTCI ?

Just make sure PLOGI ORGA X, PLOGI PLOGI 01 (active plan version) and PLOGI feature has value &PLOGI=X,

I have just tried in my system and HRINTE30 records populated when PLOGI SPLIT switch is set to X and when org unit text is updated with a future date via PO10.

No. It is not maintained.

Is it required to maintain PLOGI PRELU irrespective of PLOGI SPLIT

Check this.. From RHINTE30 documentation

"Parameter "Only open personnel numbers"

In this case, of the personnel numbers specified only those that are also stored in table 'HRINTE30" are edited.

This table contains personnel numbers if you selected the setting BTCI (=PA update per batch) when you maintained the basic settings for integration with Personnel Administration in PLOGI PRELU (Integration: PA-Update Online or Batch). In this case, changes to personnel numbers are not recorded immediately in PA, but are collected in the table HRINTE30."

Please change it to BTCI and check

Dilek can you please check if this is maintained in your system as well

cheers

Hi Dilek

What I observed is for few employees it is happening

some employees are missing?

Will there be any other conditions involved for getting entered into HRINTE30

As already suggested by Dilek please check the PLOGI feature to see if the integration is active for all PA objects or only some Personnel Areas, Personnel Sub areas, EG and ESG are integrated.

Please check whether the relevant personnel belongs to the org unit for the time interval text modification takes place.

Ajay, in my system, PLOGI PRELU is set to blank.
