I guess that your BOBJ server runs on unix. Is the destination located also on a Unix machine?

Please make sure that the user used to run the BOBJ services has the rights to write files on the network directory.

Hi Efstratios,

It's a Linux 4.8 and the UNC link it's a public folder on a Windows Server, i don't know if i can do that or must be on a share folder on the same Linux.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

try this:

1. create a local user on the Windows Server

2. make sure that this user can write to the share where the reports should be scheduled

3. in the schedule options enter the username in format "WINSERVER.DOMAIN.COM\winuser" and the password

4. retry

that should to the trick.

Ok,

Now I received the error "destination DLL disabled. []: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]

What do you think.

Thanks,

this means that the destination of that kind is not enabled on your Job server.

you have to enable it in CMC>Servers>Job server properties.

Thanks,

Now I get this error:

destination directory error [cannot rexec cp]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]

looks like you don;t have rexec daemon running, ask your Unix admin to enable/start it.

I don't know how to enable and start the daemon?

I got to configure the rexec service, on the same linux server works for me perfectly, but on a windows server still gives me the same error, have something to do with the samba service?

Thanks.
