We are planning to upgrade & migrate to BW 7.5 & HANA 2.2 from BW 7.31 & Oracle DB.
We have converted all the important 3.x objects to 7.x as it is the prerequisite but there are so many 3.x objects exists in the system that we don't care much and converting them is time consuming.
the question is, can we still upgrade & migrate with 3.x objects and does it cause any issues while doing it?
Thanks!
Hi,
As you've mentioned, it's a prerequisite not a nice to have step.
If they're not used and you don't want to convert; why not simply delete? 🙂
