Crystal Report Add-on Failure

Crystal report add-on fails to load on client machines. Product installs properly on the server. User(s) is local or domain administrator. Rights have been issued to everyone as full control over the SAP Add-on folder or where ever ARD and EXE files reside. Tried installing Crystal ARD and EXE files on the C Drive on D Drive(s)

Error messages state on the client machine that the "Add-on Executable file cannot be found" and EndInstall() returned an error, installation (probably) failed

Client machine(s) install SAP in the documented SAP share from the server

Here is the catch. When ARD and EXE are unregistered from server and the full product is installed on one XP workstation, ARD and EXE files registered on the workstation, Crystal add-on functions properly on the workstation and Server. Crystal works in one direction in a sense, from the workstation to the server. However not form the server to the workstation(s)

The other add-on in this case Trimergo, the add-on are registered on the server and the product installs and loads properly on every workstation
