Settlement of production orders

How to settel the production orders

when we are setteling the orders in K088 error message is occured

THERE IS NO ACURED AMOUNTS SETTLEMMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE

After that we are going order and go to settlemnt rule put 1 equilence no coloumn

every time we are doing this procedure

what is the reason for this problem.

ahy the orders are not setteling automatically

and also expalin the cost analysis for production order.

    Please check SAP note 179533 KD256: 'There are no accrued amounts'

    Prasad,

    This message is given in situation where there is no balance on the order or the settlement period is other than that of the period in which it is TECOed.

    The first reason wouldn't be there as you are very much familiar with this process.

    Still go & chek the balance in the 'Cost' in order.

    Secondly check the staus changes in the order with 'Header- Status changes'. Check out the period in which the order is TECOed.

    Give the same period in KO88. Problem will be solved.

    Moreover if the period in which it is TECOed is old one i.e. the last to last peirod whch is closed now then I would suggest to revoke the TECO & TECO it again so that you can settle it in current period.
