B1 2007A PL10, Common Update bricht ab

Hallo,

wir haben mittlerweile bei mehreren Kunden das Problem, das der Update PL10 mit einer Fehlermeldung abbricht, vielmehr startet er erst gar nicht recht, das "UPGRADE.EXE" wird bei dem Common-Update beendet (Debugger).

Jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen, und vielleicht sogar eine Lösung?

Nachtrag: Das ganze passiert nur, wenn man das UPGRADE.EXE auf einem Server ausführt. Auf einem Client funktionierte der Common-Upgrade.

Nachtrag2: Es gibt ein HF1 für PL10 - aber in der Beschreibung dazu ist nichts von diesem Fehler zu lesen...

vielen Dank für Deinen Tipp! Nach der Installation des Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update hat das Update funktioniert.

Hallo Andreas,

wir haben hier das selbe Problem, allerdings half auch die Installation des MS Visual C++ Redistributable Package nicht.

Der Fehler bleibt weiter bestehen.

Umgebung: Windows Server 2003 R2, SQL 2005, alle Updates installiert.

Hat irgendjemand noch eine Idee?

1. Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package(x86) from the follow microsoft Website

2. Reboot your PC.

Wenn diese Installation nicht funktioniert, bitte SAP Note 1408662 dazu prüfen!

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB973544).

Scroll down to section "Files in This Download".

Download one of the following platform-specific files:

For a 64-Bit SAP Business One system on 64-bit architecture, download vcredist_x64.exe.

For a 32-Bit SAP Business One system on 64-bit architecture, download vcredist_x86.exe.

For a 32-Bit SAP Business One system on 32-bit architecture, download vcredist_x86.exe.

Execute the downloaded binary file by double-clicking on it and follow the instructions.

-> Wir haben dann letztendlich folgendes vor einem Update gemacht

(Achtung: Bitte immer prüfen ob es ein 32bit System oder 64bit System ist!). Das ist seit PL9 so.

Zuerst Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

Dann Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update

Dann Neustart

Falls jemand dasselbe Problem hat: Es ist das MS Visual C++ Redistributable Package, welches fehlte. Dies kann man einfach herunterladen, und schon klappt es wider mit dem UPGRADE.EXE
