Not able to perform Serivice PO confirmation after patching

Hi All,

Our SRM system is upgreaded to patch 16 and 17.

after the patching we are not able to confrm the "Service PO" ..it will give the message like

"PO xxxxxxxx contains no items for confirmation."

Can any one know the solution for this.

please help.
