Not able to perform Serivice PO confirmation after patching

Hi All,

Our SRM system is upgreaded to patch 16 and 17.

after the patching we are not able to confrm the "Service PO" will give the message like

"PO xxxxxxxx contains no items for confirmation."

Can any one know the solution for this.

please help.

    Hi Channappa,

    This might be because of some bug in the SRM system after SP upgrade.

    Please check for relevant OSS notes provided by SAP and side effect notes for this Support Pack stack.

    However please check whether the 'No further Confirmations expected' check box has been checked under the statistics tab of P.O item data.

    This is nothing but 'Last Delivery' / 'Delivery Completed' indicator.

    Also check in the service entry sheet that was last posted in ECC system against that P.O item for 'Final Entry' indicator.

    This would be the reason why you could not able to post further confirmations against that P.O line item if that is not SAP bug.

    Please check the same and let us know in case of any further clarifications.
