Performance Appraisal-You have maintained a description that is not display

Hi friends

When I trying to create a template description, Category Group description and Category descirption in Perormance appraisal module, I am getting the warning message"You have maintained a description that is not displayed". I want the description also to be visibile in my tempate.

Kindly advise why this warning message it coming up.
