Performance Appraisal-You have maintained a description that is not display

Hi friends

When I trying to create a template description, Category Group description and Category descirption in Perormance appraisal module, I am getting the warning message"You have maintained a description that is not displayed". I want the description also to be visibile in my tempate.

Kindly advise why this warning message it coming up.

Hi Surya,

This means that under the Columns tab, you have not chosen Name and Description (X) or just Description (D) in Text Layout.
