After F110 run spool request will not be generated

Could you help on this. Now I am doing F110. Hear payment is done but spool will not be generated. But all the configuration is correct I am doing RTGS payment

Solution: company code cration time OX02 t code they didn't maintained Lauange key not maintained.Find the below attachment
