How to add new field to the standard screen ?

Hello,

I use the enhancement to change the attribute of the screen standard in IW32 ( screen 3100) to add new field "Date" into this screen. But I can only access to modify the code in PBO and can not nmodify directly the screen using screen painter. Is there any way that I add a new to dinamically into this screen ?
