    Hi Ankesh,

S_ALR_87012087 is a wrapper transaction for SAP Query F1 defined in the Global Area (Cross-client) User group /SAPQUERY/FK.

The SAP Query can be access via transaction SQ00.

You need to have knowledge about SAP Query development concepts to make the required additions. Please go through the documentation for details on SAP Query.

Also go through the below link for SAP recommendation for modifying SAP standard ABAP queries.

I am having question on SAP Query :-

    1) Is SAP Query is just like another transport object , we create it in development and via transport we moved to quality n production or we directly make Query in production

    • Hi Ankesh,

Please refer to my first post to find answer to your question. Also find below a simplified guide for basic ABAP query development concepts. You will find some more useful documentation in SDN / Google.

It will not be possible for anyone to take you through all basics on this topic via this forum. Please spend some time to try the various options available on the transaction screen of SQ00.

      Some tips:

      1. Do not change the Standard Queries directly. Copy them to create a custom query and apply the required modifications.

      2. Query Areas - You can change the query area by using the path: Environment -> Query Areas. Choose between

Standard Area(Client-dependent) or Global Area (Cross-client). For your case, Choose Global Area for

      your current requirement.

      3. User Group - You can change the user group using the path : Edit -> Other User group. Choose the required user group

from the list displayed. Choose /SAPQUERY/FK for your current requirement.

      Thanks and Regards,
