Hi

We are working on CRM UWL. As soon as we click a Task to display an order, we get the error message mentioned in the subject. Can you please let me know how to fix it.

Go to Tcode PFTC_DIS and display the Standard Task.

You can also check the Customization in Tcode OOCU

I dont think its a problem related to that .

this happens when you activate the wrong Access control in Access Control Engine (ACE)

for ACE go to SPRO-> CRM -> basic functions -> ACE

check it out there ..

contact your CRM technical guys about it because its more of coding part .
