EPM Member selector - Merge members not working

Hello All,

I was trying to use the Merge members function in EPM member selector. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or the function is not working as it is supposed to be.

I have seen the below Q&A forum and replicate the same. Q&A-Vadim's

Account dimension in rows and Time in column. The report comes out like below. When I unhide i see the context member as Account. Am i missing something?
