Hi experts,
i am using SAP business one, i have several companys. all those companys have the same general authorizations.
how do i copy the authorizations from one company to another ?

Use copy express to copy authorizations from one company to another.
is there any way i can copy from the database table directly ?

No. This is prohibited. Only Copy Express is legitimated tool to copy authorization. You may check SAP Note 896891 Support Scope for SAP Business One to find out more.

You can use the SAP add on Copy Express. In my experience, it will copy most, but not all of the authorisations.
The other way is to set up one user authorisation in each company and copy across other users by using click & drag.
