How to hide the Supplier from the Shopping Carts

We have two systems - one DEV and the other QA - the user have a role -

shopper - during creating the Shopping Cart - the user in DEV gets only

Preferred Supplier. But in QA server he gets both Preferred Supplier

and Supplier.

Please advice.
