On ECC PROD, select help->create support message, fill up info and save, a support message is created.
Because we have an SM7.0 based CHARM configured for above ECC landscape. The ticket created above should show up at that SM7.0 in txn crm_dno_monitor. However, it is NOT showing up.
By the way, on the CHARM system (i.e. SM7.0), support message created as said above, will show up in crm_dno_monitor.
Could you help tell how to fix this issue?
