DTW Service Contracts error

Hi,

We get an error for service contract as:

Invalid Code [CTR1.ItemCode][Line:1], "[FI893A 893A-B006]] CMFALT" Application-defined or object-defined error oServiceContracts

Our files are with layout

File 1: ServiceContracts

RecordKey - ContractTemplate - CustCode - EndDate - StartDate

1 - Hardware - CMFALT - 20100414 - 20080414

2 - Hardware - CACOLL - 20100415 - 20080415

File 2: ServiceContracts_Lines

RecordKey - LineNum - EndDate - InternalSerialNum - ItemCode - StartDate

1 - 0 - 20100414 - 893A-B006 - FI893A - 20080414

2 - 0 - 20100415 - 896B-A064 - FE896B - 20080415

Further clarifications:

1- We checked that the ItemCode exists on the Master data

2- The serial number does not exist since it is the opening load for start of SAP system.

Wondering what error we are making?
