PO Release and On -order stock.

My requirement is PO creation and release. With out I released pou2019s user can not view to that pOu2019s . How can I restrict that not released POu2019s

At the same way when I create the Po the PO quantity automatically hit in MMBE on-ordered stock. My client requirement is the PO should be relased only PO quantity calculated in on u2013ordered stock. While I am not released the PO, that PO quantity shall not allowed to in MMBE how can i restrict on u2013 ordered quantity.

you can make settings for PO creation and release. for other things it is not possible to get from standard settings.
