Agent Assignment in Deadline Monitoring

Hi SAP Experts,

Good day to all, need further advise on deadline monitoring setup and the actual results to send email to the approver via email outlook. We use existing PO workflow WS20000075 and add additional step latest end to activate deadline monitoring. Screen shot as per below:

Question is:

How to setup to send the workflow reminder to the Agent instead of the BG job id ? Currently we are using SAP_WFRT to run BG job to send deadline(RSWWDHEX) and work item(RSWUWFML, RSWUWFML2).

For above samples, the release strategy have 2 levels.

Approver Level 1 - code 18 - Agent A

Approver Level 2 - code 28 - Agent B

When deadline is missed, I wish to send an email reminder to Agent A - Approver Level 1 - with release code 18. Hope to hear from all the SAP expert soon. Thanks!
