Error in capturing the CT-3 License

Dear all,

In Transaction code J1ILIC01(License master capture license)

for a particular series group(deemed export),for license type CT-3,for a particular sold to party and Material

when enter,system is throwing error:

Material not maintained for any of the plants , Message number 4F 286----inspite of material already maintained-

Please suggest the way
