Copy Express

Hi experts,

While i run a copy express for PLd's i getting the following error

the copy experess Add-on failed to connect UI API.Copy Express is terminating. Error Code:0

Message : Syatem fail

can you please guide me in right direction

have you check if you have the right DI API installed on the PC where you run the copy express??
