Filter Componant

Hi,

Just a quick question, probably with a simple answer.

When using the filter componant is there any way to have the columns being filtered in included in the data that is inserted. I have obviously tried this the usual way but only the column that is not used in the filter is inserted.

Thanks for any help.

Hi

The only way really is to have duplicate columns of the Filter values and include them in the Source/Destination ranges.

Thanks

Charles

Thanks Charles, thats the conclusion I came to as well.

Just generally it seems to be much more versatile to use 2 separate combo boxes, 1 set up to insert using filtered rows, as the filter component's properties seem very limited. I'm not really sure what advantage using it has.

Anyway thanks again.
