Clock-In/Out Corrections - Unable to send request

Hi All

We are getting the message

No document created: HRTIM_ABS_REQ 022 Unable to send the request

Message no. HRTIM_ABS_REQ061

I am trying to test he same through the tcode PTCOR --> Test Application --> Create Corrections.

We have done the necessary configuration in Personal Management -> Employee Self Service -> Service Specific Setting -> Working time -> Clock-in/Out corrections.

I have declared the tasks as general task but do i need to do the same for the workflow template as well?
