CHANGES IN MATERIAL MASTER

I created a material after that I changed the description. So in T-code- MM03 I got what is the old & new value of material description through envrionment menu & display changes. There are certain material available which was changed but did not appear in display changes through environment menu that what was the old value & new value. what is the cause.
