maintenance order printing problem

Dear Expert

my requirement is, when I open maintenance order and click printer symbol in menu bar (not selecting through order>>print>>order) a standard SAP job ticket should printed out. now in present system when I click on this print symbol, system is giving POP up window for different job tickets then I has to select shop paper to be print manually and then print button.

but my requirement is system should not give me this POP up window for shop paper selection.

In short I want to set 1030 shop paper to notification as default value.

my requirent is so because User was using SAP and in their previous system this was happening. so they are insisting that new system should also work same as their previous system.
