This is with reference to the u2018SAP Note 1358511 - Removal of dependency of TAN number on different parametersu2019. We are having following queries to be clarified before we go ahead and apply the note u2013

1) Will it have impact on generation of Form 16 of the employees?

2) Here, in our company, we are happening the system of one company one TAN, in this case is it still advisable to apply this note.

Can any body give me the impact of this note in detail

SAP Note 1358511 is about the use of TAN based reporting to facilitate the tax based reporting.

It should not have any impact on Form16.

It will ease the reporting of income tax deductions for the employer.
