User Comparison is not triggering through batch job when roles is been assigned through GRC ARM.

Hi All,

We have implemented GRC ARM while ago, and i have noticed user comparison is not triggering when GRC is assigned the roles to the users.But It is triggering when we assigned the roles manually. Is there any way we can setup that user comparison will trigger when roles is been assigned through GRC.

Hi Colleen,

Yes, its a PFUD user compare. And its for all the role types. Yes role shows on the user account in the back end system, but with a yellow light on User Master Record. And i have to manually do the user compare then. We also have batch job schedule to run once daily to do that. But user master record is not triggering after role is been assigned through GRC, the same way it should when we assign roles manually.

do you mean PFUD user compare or something else? Is it a particular role type that is not being compared? Does the role show on the user's SU01 account in the backend/plug-in system where the access is meant to be provisioned to?

are you able to share some screen shots to further explain what you mean?
