How to transport SWNADMIN changes from Dev to Quality and Production

Hi Experts,

I have to make certain changes in transaction SWNADMIN such as ading a standard task under 'Selection'. When I am doing this in Development system it is not asking for a trasport request. Can anyone please tell me how I can link SWNADMIN changes to a transport so that I can transport changes to Quality and Producton system.
