Global Variables in PI 7.1 EHP1

Hi all,

We are upgrading the system from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 EHP1 in our project. We have observed that after upgrade all the mappings which use global variable fail and they work once we redeclare the global variables .

Can anyone please tell us if they have faced the same type of error and what can be the reason for this?
