Workflow log

Hi,

We are planning to use workflow for Approval of "Appropriation Request" in Investment management module.

Entire workflow is working fine and we could see the log in standard transaction SWi6.

But it gives a lot of other information which user do not want.

Can anyone please give me list of database tables used to store the log ? We want to develop a custom report which gives the information with who has approved, rejected or is still pending.
