I cannot pass a blank date to FrozenTo property of Business Partner object

Business on 2007A SP 00 PL 49

My addon sets a Business Partner as active / or not active and the FrozenFrom and FrozenTo dates are optional values. however I cannot set the value to null or blank, since the property is a date type.

I have read some threads and seend a lot of others had teh same issue.

Has there been a change in this at all? with SP01 or Business One 8.8 ?
