how to transition two different application with filter

Hi,

I have a report and this report consist customer information.when I click a customer number (exp ; customer no= 1),different application (MasterData) must open with filter(customer no=1). Masterdata application consist customer no filter ıtem.How to open different application with filter when clicked a data.

Are they both ui5 applications? And if yes are they developed using free style ui5 or fiori elements templates?
