BW 7.01 EHP1 upgrade from SP4 to SP5 occurs error!

After completing upgrading from SP4 to SP5, executing the RSRT then it occurs the following error message.

I already try the following methods, but it's still doesn't work.

Re-Active InfoCube => OK!

Re-Active MultiCube => Error!

Does anyone has related experience to solve this issue?
