Hi folks
Do you have any idea have you worked on any solution manager integration with XI ,means we should be able to get data from third party systems and route to solution manager with appropriate mappings ,
1 connect to service desk of solution manager for updating tickets
2 configuring solution manager as central ALM server for alerts
I have read a few blogs but unfortunately none of them are in detail
please help in this regard if possible with supportive documents links
