Hello
I need some tips for dispatcher capabilities to open a url link that points to business objects host.
there are multiple backend system in our configuration and we use
icm_filter_rules for sending requests to true backend system.
my issue is beginning after that I can access the portal backend system using dns name that resolve the related dispatcher ip and take me ......../irj/portal correctly.
When I click the some button that is located at portal screen (which has a link to business object host url) there is no response but when I try it using real host name of bo server it is ok.
so I need some extra config in dispatcher profile for handle it ?
thanks in advance
Thank you Isaias
We found the reason , after installed ssl on bo server , issue is fixed so can be accessed to bo link via https.

Hello Akin,
About the link to the BO host that you click, within the Portal, does it point to the Web Dispatcher host as well?
If yes, then it might be something with the icm_filter_rules.
Please provide the hostnames (they can be fake names, as long as you provide consistent information - like, always call the real BO host "bohost.example.com") that are involved in the tests (Portal through Web Dispatcher; BO through Web Disp.; real BO host).
In addition, please provide the icm_filter_rules and clarify what is meant by "there is no response" (is any error shown in the browser?).
Regards,
Isaías
PS: Have you though on migrating the system selection criteria to the ones described here, instead of using the icm_filter_rules?
