Planning Horizon

My client requirement to have plan the materials for 90 days and for some materials 180 days within one plant. I have created two MRP group, One with 90 days & 180 Days as Planning horizon, assign same to the materials. However I am geeting the procurement proposals for all 540 days, which is maintain in the plant parament (planning parameter).

I have removed the planning horizon from plant parameter.

Please suggest.

Dear ,

You need to assing the the two MRP groups having PH -90/180 as applicable in the Material Master MRP1 view .Secondly , run the MRP with following set up :

1.MD01/MD02-

Processing Key : NETPL

Create PR -2

Schedule Line -1

Create MRP List : 3

Planning Mode : 3

Scheduling : 2

Diplay Material to be ticked /Display Material before save to be ticked in MD02.

2.All the material should have planning file entry in MDRE.

Dear,

Check in Planning file entry (MD21). Whether both Key for NChge plng and NChge PHor are active or only NChge PHor. is active

Then go to MD02 select MRP Processing key NETPL, Planning Mode- 3 delete all the planned orders & re-run MRP, check the results.

Dear Sanjay,

1) Have you assigned You MRP group in Material Master

2) You Need to Run MRP with Processing indicator as NETPL

Then check the result
