Import Data From Excel

Hi experts

I am facing a problem while importing data from excel. When i am saving the excell file as text (tab delimeted) the system is giving an error message as " the file that you want to convert is not compatible with text tab delimeted format" do you want to continue.

when i am performing improt it gives error messages.
