During confirmation ,a pop up is appearing Error in cost calculation or do u want error log confirmations .. like that.

Is it possible to hide or deactivate these informations..

Please help me out in this..

Dear ,

1.Goto OPK4 -Define Confirmation parameters -Select the tabe Generale Individual Entery .Please uncheked the folloiwng check box

1.Act Costs

2.Goods Movement

3.Termination for Incorrect act Cost

4.Termination for Incorrcet Goods Movement .

2.If you do not want to cost in the operation confirmation , remove the Cost Inidcator from Operation Control Key in OPJ8 .Please note that it is not plant level set up.Operation Control key with same set up can be usede by multiple plants .

Try and revert back

Hi,

It always better to get error.so that you can correct.otherwise it will affect youe costing.

Check what error you get because normally errors are price could not found for component ( When price for component has not maintained in that case you get this error ) ,then other error may be price could not be found for activity price for xyz cost center in current period..( Activity price you can maintain in KP26 )

In above case you always get chances to correct it

Hi,

As per my knowledge their is no such setting but still we can expolre in oreder type dependant paramter or scheduling paramter , production schedular if such provision is their to avoid.

Also take other experts view may you will get any appropriate solution for same.

Dear,

The error may be releated to the activity costing so please maintain the price in KP26.

All message setting is for confirmation can be change through the OPJB.

we can define in confirmation parameters(opk4) that an error log shoulld be displayed or

not when an error occurs in actual cost determination check the setting for your order type and plant.

If you don't want to cost the operation then remove the cost relevancy from OP00 of your operation control key.

By checking the error log we wl be able to solve the errors but my requirement is to avoid the poping up of errors.

What is the error message you are getting there?

Its standard SAP functionality do not change it better to correct the error setting it required to calculate the actual cost of production. If you remove the cost relevancy of control key then these message will not appear there.
