Knowledge database not compiled - CRM

Hello guys,

I have this problem running webclient in sap crm 5.0.

When I try to use the funcionality solution database search in webclient, at the top of the screen shows an error (sorry, it´s a free translation from the portuguese): "Knowledge database not yet compiled". Clicking on details it recommends to check a portal (?!!?) configuration. The button for the search is disabled.

I already ran CRMC_SAF_TOOL, all green.

Ran bsp application to destroy indexes and recompile database. I suspect it´s not working fine.

Ran also note Note 951536 - Report/tool to clear the compiliation index logs, and the thing seens to be not working also.

I´m in a dead end, with this.

Do somebody have some tip or advise to give?
