error with STWB_WORK in Solman

Hi All,

we have on issue with transaction STWB_WORK, User is getting error while opening the test case'

teh error msg is 'The document can be opened' But tehre is no Su53 error for this.

Please help me to solve hte issue.

Hi Pravin,

Please check your document attributes in SOLAR02 transaction. If they are not set correctly, please correct them to resolve the issue.

Hi Pravin,

If this works for some users and not the others it sounds like an authorization issue to me. Have you tried to increaes the authority for the users that it does not work on or even compare the authorization within a user that this does not work for and another that it does work for?

Hi,

yes I compared the access witht eh Users whoa re able to open teh test case. But authorization is fine with all Users.

I think it is problem with SAp GUI patch any idea....

Hi Pravin,

When you say the problem is within the SAP Gui area, are you referring to the client side? If so, have you tried different users logged in from the same systems to see if it works for some and not the others?
