Connection details for USA Course CW15 w/c 12th April

I have a place booked on course CW15 Expert Guided Implementation for Service Desk through SAP Americas which runs next week.

I have received no connection details yet for the course. Are they still to be issued or have I not received the email?

Hello Ashley,

Have you tried to contact SAP directly in regards to this course to ensure that it is still going to happen. If not, I would definately do that first.
