Generate customer statement in excel format and email thru SAP

Hi,

Would like to ask if there is any T-code that able to generate customer statement in Excel format then directly sent to customer thru SAP.

Is F.27 able to generate statement in both Excel & PDF?

      Thank you for your info. After reading thru the blog, it shows the ways to generate customer in PDF. Just wondering if there is anyway to generate in excel file and directly send to respective customer via SAP.

    Hi Yan,

    It depends on the form which your using, If your PDF is interactive form by Adobe, you can extract the data in Excel Format for processing where as transform into internal table, export of internal table as excel.

    or you can use this Functional module as well HRHAP_POPUP_EXCEL_DOWNLOAD with the help of abaper.
