when u r doing good issue in MB1A or In MIGO , you have to select the collective slip indicator, then while takeing the print in MB90 you will get one document for all the line item.
MB90 is standard transaction where one entry display against one material document but in my case it display separate entry for each line item against one material document. i also active collective slip in MIGO when post GI.
You can print out three different versions of a GR/GI slip:
- Individual slip (version 1)
In this case, one GR/GI slip is printed out for each item.
- Individual slip with inspection text (version 2)
In this case, one GR/GI slip is printed out for each item. In addition,
a quality inspection text is printed if there is one in the material
master record.
- Collective slip (version 3)
In this case, a collective slip including all the items in a document
is printed.
In case of purchase orders with multiple account assignment, the program will print '1 single slip' instead of '3 collective slip' initially. The collective slip can be chosen in displaying/changing the document after posting. This applies to both, MB01 and MIGO.
When you have a purchase order with multiple account assignment, there are normally different "unloading points" and "receivers". This information would not be visible on a collective slip. This is the reason why the program automatically turns to a single slip.
There is a script running behind MB90 which allows to view printout and to print the document. You need to check with your ABAPer to get the problem rectified.
